Karen Gampenov – Director

Karen Gampenov formed The PR Partnership in 2003.

She is a highly experienced communications professional with 25 years experience developing and implementing strategic marketing and public relations programs to a range of high-profile property organisations spanning the development, construction, real estate agency, architects and finance sectors.

Karen has also managed public relations campaigns across a range of non-property related business sectors including health, beauty, tourism, not-for-profit and government.

She has previously held Account Director roles with other consultancies and has also worked in-house at an international property agency.

Tessa Pelle – Account Executive

Tessa joined The PR Partnership in 2021 and works across key property clients, focused on media relations for both residential and commercial property clients.

With a background in newswriting and research, Tessa brings a variety of skills with meticulous attention to detail at the forefront.

A fast learner, Tessa is motivated by a love of developing engaging content and has a passion for exchanging ideas.

She has particular interests in emerging prop-tech products, new retail developments and innovations in social media.
